One of my primary goals as a coach and consultant is to help people get from where they are to where they want to be.

That process usually involves overcoming numerous obstacles along the way including; limiting beliefs, lack of confidence, resources or capabilities, and more often than not, self-discipline.

Now, people don't usually say that they need or want more discipline. They say things like... I need some help with accountability. I just can't seem to get started. I'm having a hard time following through. It's difficult for me to stay focused. I get bored/distracted/sidetracked easily. I just can't seem to get myself motivated to do what needs to be done. How do I stop procrastinating?
